How it works?

1. Apply to become a seller, by creating an account and registering your shop details;

2. List products, images, descriptions via the seller dashboard. Review and edit any time;

3. In the meantime, we will review your application to ensure you are registered to sell goods;

4. Customers make an order and pay via our website;

5. You receive confirmation of the purchase;

6. Pack the item and post the order to the customer along with its tracking number;

7. We pay you.

The fine print

* Products must be handmade and of high-quality standards;

* You can list two type of products:
- Animal-themed products (homewares, jewellery, clothing, art-prints, toys).
- Pet products (dog collars, toys, cat trees, food bowls). It doesn’t have to be animal-themed but must be handmade;

* You must have an ABN (Australian Business Number) to sell with us. Getting one is easy and free. If DYI is just a hobby, but you would like to earn a few bucks, that’s cool too!, but you still need an ABN;

* We only work with committed people willing to excel in their product quality and customer service towards buyers.
